Spring through fall we handle mowing, beds, pruning, fertilization, pest control, sprinkler start-up and repairs, and pond care. In fall we blow out the sprinklers and clean up the yard. In winter we hang holiday lights and clear snow.
The same crew comes every visit, so they know your property. You get one proposal, one point of contact and no chasing separate companies.
Annual Estate Care puts your whole property under one plan and one crew. It covers mowing and garden beds, tree and lawn health treatments, irrigation, ponds and water features, cleanups, holiday lights and snow removal. You get one proposal with a clear scope and scheduled payments. We care for estates in Salt Lake City, Draper, Sandy, Murray, Park City, Heber and Utah County.
