Every project starts with a site visit and a design built for your soil, water and slope. Owner Joshua Pendleton is a certified Permaculture Designer with thirty years on Utah landscapes. We draw the plan, including planting, hardscape, water features, lighting and irrigation. Then our own crew builds it. We design for Salt Lake City, Draper, Sandy, Murray, Park City, Heber and Utah County.

It starts with a site visit. We walk the yard, check slope, soil, sun and drainage, and listen to how you want to use the space.

Then we draw the plan: planting, patios and walls, water features, lighting and a sprinkler layout with a watering schedule. You see the design and the price before anything gets dug up.

Because our own crew builds what we design, nothing gets lost between the drawing and the yard.
